You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you. ck22w will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach of security resulted from your own action or negligence.

ck22w supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied. All financial transactions on the platform are processed through authorised Bangladesh payment channels only. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. ck22w does not accept payments from third parties; all deposits must originate from a payment source registered in the account holder's own name.

The following general conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals processed at ck22w:

ck22w may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback arrangements, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the promotions page of the platform.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms. Unmet requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• ck22w reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time, including where it reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting a promotion.

• Bonus funds and real-money funds are accounted for separately. Real-money balances are used first in wagering. Bonus balances are drawn down only once the real-money balance is zero.

All sports bets placed at ck22w are subject to the specific rules of the sport in question, the bet type selected, and the general betting rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and general betting rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all sports betting activity on ck22w:

• All bets are final once accepted by the system. ck22w will not cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except in circumstances where the market is declared void.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or interrupted, ck22w will apply its standard void and settlement rules as published on the platform. BPL and IPL matches are subject to ICC match regulations in addition to ck22w's own rules.
• ck22w reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts, limit the number of bets accepted from a single player, or refuse any bet at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Winnings from void bets are not payable. The stake from a void bet is returned to the player's real-money balance in full.

All intellectual property rights in the ck22w platform, including but not limited to the website design, software, source code, databases, graphics, text content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names, are owned by or licensed to ck22w. Nothing in these T&C grants you any right, title, or interest in any such intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or transmit any content from the platform without ck22w's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of ck22w's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ck22w, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any content, services, or features thereof. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

ck22w does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ck22w makes no representation that the content or services available on the platform are appropriate or available in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh.

ck22w reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these T&C; provision of false registration information; suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or where continued operation of the account would expose ck22w to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided that no funds are subject to forfeiture under these T&C. Bonus balances are not redeemable upon account closure. Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support.
